I know, it's very far on the background, but still recognisable...
I had some automated systems have a go at it, but they all came back "unrecognized" so a human touch is really needed here :)

It's from the 80's (I strongly think) and it's something like Billy Idol, but not him :) I think the lyrics " i heard it all before" are part of it, but I'm not sure...
I really hope someone recognizes this
